The free Zoom Spa Party will educate participants about the importance of whole-body health.

Everyone holds so much tension in the jaw and face it is essential to learn how to destress quickly. You will learn Yamuna’s secrets on how to release facial stress in minutes.

Serenity and Mindfulness- Who isn’t seeking harmony at home? Debra Dunier, a Feng Shui Master and Certified Eco-Designer, will give easy-to-follow tips from the ancient practice of Feng Shui and how being mindful of space has the power to transform one’s life. Additionally, Katie Thurber, Co-Founder Ava Retreats + Certified Reiki Healer + Wellness Advocate, will focus on home improvements and changes to the environment to promote wellness and simple actions to help improve any space to boost holistic living.

Purpose and Solidarity- Founder of Immunocologie Karen Ballou leads the Purpose and Solidarity pillar, helping to focus on one’s purpose in life and the journey it takes to get there.
